CHEF’S TIPS
- Cook tenderloin quickly over high heat — it’s naturally lean and doesn’t need long cooking.
- Best served medium-rare to medium for maximum tenderness.
- Always rest the meat before cutting to keep it juicy.
- Simple seasoning works best — let the natural flavor shine.
- Bring to room temperature before cooking. Season with coarse salt and black pepper. Sear or grill over high heat to develop a crust, then finish to desired doneness (medium-rare to medium recommended). Rest before slicing for best results.
