DAGING IGA KONRO SAPI (beef back rib) adalah potongan iga sapi yang berasal dari bagian atas tulang rusuk, dekat dengan area ribeye. Meskipun kandungan dagingnya lebih sedikit dibandingkan short ribs, potongan ini sangat dihargai karena cita rasa sapi yang kuat, sari tulang yang kaya, serta tekstur yang juicy ketika dimasak dengan benar. Sangat populer untuk BBQ dan smoking, di mana proses memasak perlahan membuat daging menjadi empuk dan mudah lepas dari tulang.

 

BEEF BACK RIB is a flavorful cut taken from the upper rib section of the beef, close to the ribeye. Although it contains less meat than short ribs, it is highly valued for its deep beefy flavor, rich bone essence, and juicy texture when cooked properly. This cut is especially popular for BBQ and smoking, where slow cooking allows the connective tissue to break down, resulting in tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs.

• Catatan Penting Pengiriman; Untuk makanan beku, kami sarankan memilih pengiriman INSTANT agar langsung dikirim ke alamat Anda. Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

• Our Meat Supply; Only fast-moving stock, with regular shipments directly from main importers/suppliers. All meat goes through careful selection, hygienic cutting, and secure packaging. We have been a trusted meat seller since 2008.
• Packaging for Delivery; Orders are packed in sealed cardboard boxes with free plastic ice packs. For better cooling, you can choose Thermafreeze reusable gel packs available in the “Packaging” category.
• Important Delivery Note; For frozen food, we recommend choosing INSTANT delivery so it is sent directly to your address. If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
