Beef Blade is a flavorful cut taken from the shoulder section (chuck) of the cattle. It has a good balance of lean meat, connective tissue, and fine marbling, making it tender and juicy when cooked properly. This versatile cut is ideal for slow-cooking, stewing, roasting, or slicing thin for stir-fry.

COOKING IDEAS:

• Beef Stew; rendang, curry, semur, rawon, gulai, stroganov etc – Cook slowly with herbs and spices for tender, flavorful results.

• Beef jerky, dendeng, empal or the South African biltong – cut about 1 to 1.5cm thick.

• Roast Blade – Oven-roasted until fork-tender, perfect for Sunday meals.

• Thinly sliced for quick stir-fry, teriyaki yakiniku shabu2 – Thinly sliced blade beef cooks quickly and remains juicy.

• Beef soup, soto, rawon or tongseng – Adds depth and body to broth dishes.

• Catatan Penting Pengiriman; Untuk makanan beku, kami sarankan memilih pengiriman INSTANT agar langsung dikirim ke alamat Anda. Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
