BEEF CHUCK TENDER / PEIXINHO is a lean, cylindrical cut taken from the shoulder (chuck) of the cow. Despite its name, it is not naturally as tender as loin cuts, but it is flavorful, versatile, and excellent when cooked properly. Its shape resembles a small tenderloin, making it a popular choice for slicing, roasting, or slow-cooking.

DAGING SAPI KIJEN (beef chuck tender / peixinho) adalah potongan daging sapi lean / nyaris tanpa lemak berbentuk silindris yang berasal dari bagian pundak (chuck). Meskipun namanya mengandung kata “tender / empuk,” tingkat keempukannya tidak setara dengan bagian loin, namun potongan ini tetap memiliki rasa daging yang kuat, serbaguna, dan sangat lezat jika dimasak dengan teknik yang tepat. Bentuknya menyerupai tenderloin versi kecil, sehingga cocok untuk diiris, dipanggang, atau dimasak perlahan.
