HOKUBEE Sirloin & Ribeye is a Meltique Beef brand that utilizes a special technique to infuse natural oil into lean beef cuts. The result is beef that is tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, with a level of tenderness that closely resembles Wagyu. This product is also used by several well-known Japanese hotplate restaurant chains in the city. Unlike many other Meltique brands that rely on secondary cuts to keep prices low, HOKUBEE uses genuine, real beef cuts. This is clearly evident from the presence of natural fat and tendon texture in the Ribeye and Sirloin—characteristics that are not found in lower-grade Meltique products. We have been selling the HOKUBEE brand since around 2012, and our customers have consistently been satisfied with its quality.

MELTIQUE BEEF RIBEYE & SIRLOIN are premium beef cuts enhanced through a special fat-infusion process that creates even marbling throughout the meat. While not Wagyu, Meltique beef delivers a similarly tender, juicy, and buttery mouthfeel at a more accessible price point. Using advanced Japanese infusion technology, natural oil is injected into lean beef cuts, improving tenderness and flavor while maintaining consistent quality. • Packaging for Delivery; Orders are packed in sealed cardboard boxes with free plastic ice packs. For better cooling, you can choose Thermafreeze reusable gel packs available in the “Packaging” category.
• Important Delivery Note; For frozen food, we recommend choosing INSTANT delivery so it is sent directly to your address. If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
