🇬🇧 HOKUBEE Sirloin & Ribeye
HOKUBEE Sirloin & Ribeye is a brand of meltique beef that uses a special technique to inject natural oil into lean beef cuts. The result is beef that is tender and flavorful, approaching the tenderness of Wagyu beef, and is used by some well-known Japanese hotplate restaurant chains in town.
Unlike many other meltique brands that use secondary cuts to keep prices low, HOKUBEE uses real beef cuts, which can be seen from the natural fat and tendon texture on the Ribeye and Sirloin — something you won’t find on cheaper meltique brands.
We have been selling the HOKUBEE brand since around 2012, and our customers have been consistently satisfied with its quality.

HOKUBEE Sirloin & Ribeye adalah merek daging meltique yang menggunakan teknik khusus untuk menyuntikkan minyak alami ke dalam potongan daging tanpa lemak. Hasilnya adalah daging yang empuk dan beraroma lezat, dengan tingkat keempukan yang mendekati Wagyu, dan digunakan oleh beberapa restoran Jepang hotplate ternama di kota.

- Catatan Penting Pengiriman; Untuk makanan beku, kami sarankan memilih pengiriman INSTANT agar langsung dikirim ke alamat Anda. Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

- Packaging for Delivery; Orders are packed in sealed cardboard boxes with free plastic ice packs. For better cooling, you can choose Thermafreeze reusable gel packs available in the “Packaging” category.
- Important Delivery Note; For frozen food, we recommend choosing INSTANT delivery so it is sent directly to your address. If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
