HOKUBEE Sirloin & Ribeye is a brand of meltique beef is a type of beef that uses a special technique to inject natural oil into lean cuts of beef. The result is a tender and flavorful beef, approaching the tenderness of wagyu beef, it used by some well known Japanese hotplate restaurant chain in town.

HOKUBEE is using the real beef cuts as you can see from the pictures, they have the real texture of fat and tendon as on the real Ribeye & Sirloin that you won’t see these on other Meltique brands as they use secondary beef cuts that’s how they can sell it at low prices. We have been selling the Hokubee brand since around 2012, customers were pretty happy with the quality.

IRIS/SLICE 2-3mm; freshly sliced from a SMALL ROAST CUTS, the meat will be freshly sliced ​​from ITS SMALL ROAST CUT with a slicer machine when the order comes to maintain its freshness.
