Australian BEEF STEER (young cattle) primarily raised for quality beef with lighter meat colour, grass fed taste and ensuring tenderness through ageing.
IT’S AGED, this means the beef has spent a certain period of time (3 to 6 weeks) at temperatures +1 to 2 degrees Celsius. Ageing beef particularly on steak cuts for grilling/BBQ is critical to improve its tenderness and consistency of quality.

Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

• Packaging for Delivery; Orders are packed in sealed cardboard boxes with free plastic ice packs. For better cooling, you can choose Thermafreeze reusable gel packs available in the “Packaging” category.
• Important Delivery Note; For frozen food, we recommend choosing INSTANT delivery so it is sent directly to your address. If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
