BEEF PRIME RIB adalah potongan spesial (specialty cut) yang ditujukan bagi mereka yang benar-benar memahami karakter potongan ini, baik karena pengalaman memasak, memiliki peralatan memasak yang memadai, maupun sekadar ingin mencoba potongan daging premium yang unik.

Setelah Prime Rib dicairkan (thawed), potongan ini dapat dimodifikasi menjadi Beef Tomahawk dengan melakukan trimming pada bagian tulang iga (rib section).

Produk ini berasal dari Australian beef steer, yaitu sapi jantan muda yang dibesarkan khusus untuk menghasilkan daging sapi berkualitas tinggi. Daging steer dikenal memiliki warna daging lebih cerah, rasa khas grass-fed yang bersih, serta tekstur yang lebih empuk.

Daging ini telah melalui proses ageing selama 3 hingga 6 minggu pada suhu terkontrol +1 hingga +2°C. Proses ageing sangat penting terutama untuk potongan steak yang dimasak dengan metode grilling atau BBQ, karena berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kelembutan daging dan konsistensi kualitas hasil masakan.

BEEF PRIME RIB is a specialty cut, intended for those who truly understand this cut, whether you are experienced in cooking premium beef, have proper cooking equipment, or are simply curious to explore a distinctive and premium cut.

Once the Prime Rib is thawed, it can be modified into a Beef Tomahawk by trimming and shaping the rib section.

This product comes from Australian beef steer, young male cattle raised specifically for high-quality beef production. Steer beef is known for its lighter meat color, clean grass-fed flavor, and naturally tender texture.

The beef has undergone a controlled ageing process of 3 to 6 weeks at temperatures between +1 to +2°C. Ageing is especially important for steak cuts intended for grilling or BBQ, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing tenderness and ensuring consistent quality.

• Catatan Penting Pengiriman; Untuk makanan beku, kami sarankan memilih pengiriman INSTANT agar langsung dikirim ke alamat Anda. Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

• Our Meat Supply; Only fast-moving stock, with regular shipments directly from main importers/suppliers. All meat goes through careful selection, hygienic cutting, and secure packaging. We have been a trusted meat seller since 2008.
• Packaging for Delivery; Orders are packed in sealed cardboard boxes with free plastic ice packs. For better cooling, you can choose Thermafreeze reusable gel packs available in the “Packaging” category.
• Important Delivery Note; For frozen food, we recommend choosing INSTANT delivery so it is sent directly to your address. If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately. Do not refreeze thawed meat to ensure food safety.
