This premium steak cut is renowned for its excellent marbling, buttery texture, and consistent performance across grilling, pan-searing, and roasting applications.

  • STEER; Young neutered male cattle (also known as bullock), aged 2–3 years, specifically raised for high-quality beef. Steer beef is lighter in color and naturally tender, ensuring a refined eating experience.
  • AGED; The beef is aged for 3–4 weeks under controlled temperatures of +1 to +2°C. This natural ageing process enhances tenderness, concentrates natural juices, and develops a deeper, richer flavor profile. Ageing is essential for steak cuts intended for grilling and BBQ to ensure consistent quality and optimal texture.

COOKING IDEAS

  • Grilled Steak; Season with salt, black pepper, and a touch of garlic powder. Grill over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side (medium-rare). Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with chimichurri or herb butter.
  • Pan-Seared Steak; Heat a cast-iron pan until smoking hot. Sear with butter, garlic, and rosemary, basting continuously for a rich steakhouse-style flavor.
