BLACK ANGUS BEEF SIRLOIN adalah potongan daging sapi premium yang berasal dari sapi Black Angus, terkenal dengan kualitas daging yang konsisten, cita rasa sapi yang kaya, dan kelembutan alami. Diambil dari bagian punggung sapi, sirloin memiliki marbling seimbang, tekstur yang juicy, dan rasa beefy yang kuat.

BLACK ANGUS BEEF SIRLOIN is a premium beef cut sourced from Black Angus cattle, renowned for its consistent quality, rich beefy flavor, and natural tenderness. Taken from the back section of the cow, sirloin offers balanced marbling, a juicy texture, and a bold, satisfying taste.

This versatile cut is ideal for grilling, pan-searing, BBQ, roasting, and Asian-style stir-fries, with best results when cooked medium-rare to medium.

– STEER;

Young neutered male cattle (also called bullock), aged 2–3 years, specifically raised for high-quality beef. Meat is lighter in color and ensures tenderness.

– AGED;

This means the beef has been stored for a specific period (3 to 4 weeks) at temperatures of +1 to 2 °C. This process naturally tenderizes the meat, enhances the beef’s natural juices, provides a richer, stronger flavor profile. Ageing beef, especially steak cuts for grilling/BBQ, is essential to enhance tenderness and ensure consistent quality.

Cooking Ideas

  1. Grilled Sirloin Steak; Season with salt, black pepper, and a touch of garlic powder.Grill over high heat 2–3 minutes per side (medium-rare).Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with chimichurri or herb butter.
  2. Pan-Seared Sirloin Steak; Heat cast-iron pan until smoking hot.Sear steak with butter, garlic, and rosemary.Baste while cooking rich, steakhouse-style flavor.
  3. Stir-Fry Sirloin Strips; Slice thin against the grain.Flash-fry with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vegetables.Works beautifully in Asian dishes.
  4. Oven-Roasted; rub with paprika, garlic, olive oil, and herbs.Roast at 200°C (400°F) until medium-rare. Slice thinly across the grain for tenderness.
