Daging sapi Meltique adalah jenis daging sapi yang disuntik dengan lemak untuk menciptakan efek marbling, mirip dengan daging sapi Wagyu, tetapi dengan harga yang lebih murah. Proses ini melibatkan penyuntikan emulsi lemak, sering kali minyak sayur atau campuran lemak hewani dan nabati, ke dalam serat otot daging sapi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kelembutan dan rasa dengan meniru marbling alami yang ditemukan pada daging sapi Wagyu.

Meltique beef is a type of beef that has been injected with fat to create a marbling effect, similar to that of Wagyu beef, but at a lower price point. This process involves injecting an emulsion of fat, often vegetable oil or a mixture of animal and vegetable fats, into the muscle fibers of the beef. The goal is to enhance tenderness and flavor by mimicking the natural marbling found in Wagyu beef.

• KEMASAN UNTUK PENGIRIMAN, didalam kotak karton tertutup rapat dengan tambahan es batu dalam plastik (gratis) atau Anda bisa mendapatkan es gel thermafreeze beku yang dapat digunakan kembali untuk penanganan pendinginan yang lebih baik di kategori packaging.
• PERINGATAN! pengiriman paket makanan beku dalam kotak karton (tanpa styrofoam box) yang diterima oleh kastamer lebih dari 3 jam dari saat di pick-up kemungkinan akan ada beberapa bagian makanan yang mencair di bagian permukaannya, disarankan untuk segera dimasak/konsumsi. JANGAN BEKUKAN LAGI MAKANAN BEKU YANG SUDAH MENCAIR!

• ATTENTION! frozen food package delivery in a cardboard box (without a styrofoam box) received by the customer more than 3 hours from the time of pick-up, there is a possibility that some parts of the food might be defrosted on the surface, it is recommended to cook/consume immediately. DO NOT REFREEZE FOOD THAT HAS ALREADY THAWED!
