This process involves injecting a refined fat emulsion—typically vegetable oil or a blend of animal and vegetable fats—directly into the muscle fibers. The result is enhanced tenderness, juiciness, and flavor, closely mimicking the eating quality of naturally marbled Wagyu beef, but at a significantly lower cost.
