Meltique beef diproses dengan teknik khusus, yaitu penyuntikan lemak ke dalam serat daging untuk menciptakan efek marbling seperti Wagyu. Lemak yang disuntikkan biasanya berupa emulsi minyak nabati atau campuran lemak hewani dan nabati. Proses ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelembutan dan cita rasa, menyerupai marbling alami pada daging Wagyu, namun dengan harga yang jauh lebih ekonomis.

Meltique Beef description
Meltique Beef is not Wagyu, but it delivers a similar tender and buttery mouthfeel at a more affordable price, making it an excellent choice for everyday premium meals.
Meltique beef is produced through a special process in which fat is injected into the meat to create a marbling effect similar to Wagyu. This involves injecting an emulsion of fat — often vegetable oil or a mix of animal and vegetable fats — into the muscle fibers. The result is enhanced tenderness and flavor, closely resembling the natural marbling found in Wagyu beef, but at a much lower cost.
