Tokusen Wagyu Beef is proudly Indonesian yet world-class — a collaboration of Indonesian efficiencies, Japanese genetics, and Australian cattle-manship. The feedlot is located in Lampung, the heartland of natural, fresh animal feed in Indonesia, with a strong focus on comfort, care, and specialized nutrition for these Wagyu cattle.

BEEF BRISKET is a cut of meat from the lower chest (breast) of the cow, just above the front legs. It’s a tough, well-exercised muscle with a lot of connective tissue, which means it needs slow cooking to become tender.

  • IT’S AGED — This beef has been aged for 2–3 weeks at +1 to +2 °C. Ageing, especially for steak cuts intended for grilling/BBQ, is essential to enhance tenderness and ensure consistent quality.

  • CHILLED WHOLE BRISKET IS PRE-ORDER — Usually available within 3–7 working days. — Packed in its original cryovac vacuum-sealed bag (as shown in the pictures), and has never been frozen.
