Potongan ini berasal dari bagian perut sapi (samcan) dan secara alami mengandung banyak lemak, jadi mohon tidak komplain mengenai kandungan lemaknya — justru lemak inilah yang memberikan cita rasa gurih dan kaya pada daging ini!

Potongan ini adalah jenis yang sering digunakan oleh restoran cepat saji Jepang seperti Yoshinoya dan HokBen untuk masakan tumis cepat seperti beef rice bowl, teriyaki, yakiniku, dan shabu-shabu.

Daging ini juga dapat dipotong dadu kecil untuk masakan khas Indonesia seperti sop, soto, rawon, atau semur.

Untuk pesanan daging iris, daging akan diiris dadakan saat ada pesanan dari potongan portioned menggunakan mesin slicer, untuk menjaga kesegaran dan kualitas.

Beef Shortplate

This cut comes from the beef belly (samcan) and naturally contains a high amount of fat, so please do not complain about the fat content — this is exactly what gives it its rich flavor!

It’s the same cut commonly used by Japanese fast-food chains such as Yoshinoya and HokBen for quick stir-fry dishes like beef rice bowls, teriyaki, yakiniku, and shabu-shabu.

It can also be diced into small cubes for traditional Indonesian dishes such as soup, soto, rawon, or semur.

For sliced orders, the meat will be freshly sliced upon order from the portioned cut using a meat slicer machine to ensure freshness and quality.

• WHOLE CUT — ±7 kg/pc, packed in the original supplier vacuum bag or loose plastic.
• PORTIONED CUT — ±1 kg/pc, vacuum-packed.
• SLICED — Freshly processed to order from the portioned cut; vacuum-packed in ±500 g packs with plastic separators for easy 250 g cooking portions.

Jika makanan beku tiba lebih dari 3 jam setelah diambil kurir, kemungkinan terjadi pencairan ringan di permukaan. Dalam kondisi ini, segera masak atau konsumsi. Jangan membekukan ulang daging yang sudah mencair demi menjaga keamanan pangan.

If your frozen food arrives more than 3 hours after courier pick-up, some surface thawing may occur. In such cases, please cook or consume immediately.
