TOKUSEN WAGYU BEEF CHUCK ROLL adalah potongan premium yang berasal dari bagian bahu (chuck) sapi Wagyu. Dikenal dengan cita rasa sapi yang kuat, marbling yang seimbang, serta tingkat juiciness yang sangat baik. Teksturnya sedikit lebih padat dibandingkan potongan loin, namun akan menjadi sangat empuk dan kaya rasa jika diolah dengan metode yang tepat. Potongan ini sangat serbaguna dan populer untuk berbagai masakan Western maupun Asian, cocok untuk konsumsi harian premium hingga kebutuhan restoran. AGED (Proses Pematangan / pengempukkan); Daging telah melalui proses ageing selama 3–4 minggu pada suhu terkontrol +1 hingga +2°C. Proses ini secara alami melembutkan daging, meningkatkan kelezatan dan juiciness, serta menghasilkan profil rasa yang lebih kaya dan kuat. Is a premium cut taken from the shoulder section of Wagyu cattle. Known for its rich beefy flavor, balanced marbling, and excellent juiciness, this cut offers a perfect combination of tenderness and texture, often referred to as the “poor man’s ribeye” due to its rich beefy flavor and good marbling at a more affordable price. While slightly firmer than loin cuts, Wagyu chuck roll delivers outstanding depth of flavor and becomes exceptionally tender when cooked properly. This cut is highly versatile and popular for both Western and Asian-style cooking, making it ideal for everyday premium meals as well as food service use.

AGED; The beef has undergone a controlled ageing process for 3–4 weeks at temperatures of +1 to +2°C. This process naturally tenderizes the meat, enhances juiciness, and develops a richer, deeper flavor profile. Ageing is especially important for steak cuts prepared by grilling or BBQ, ensuring superior tenderness and consistent quality.
